At Parfum Chogan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all seals and original packaging remain intact to qualify for a return due to hygiene regulations.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Carefully pack the unused perfume bottles in their original boxes and place them into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
